According to § 9 of the articles of association, the company has an advisory board consisting of five members as follows:

  • Chairman of the Austrian Association of Master Builders and three other members of the General Assembly of the Austrian Association of Master Builders (representatives of the ordinary members).
  • Managing Director of the Austrian Association of Master Builders.The Advisory Board is presided by the Chairman of the Austrian Association of Master Builders.
