Administration building Association for Rural Development
The Association for Rural Development (VLE) Upper Palatinate has realised a pioneering project with the construction of its new administration building in Tirschenreuth. Planned by Brückner & Brückner Architekten, the building combines cold bricks and filled masonry bricks with solid wood-clay ceilings from Leipfinger-Bader. This innovative construction method sets new standards for sustainable and future-orientated building. The compact cube with atrium provides 15 office workstations and does not use active cooling, which minimises energy requirements. With an investment volume of 2.5 million euros, the project promotes regional development and creates new jobs.
