The new headquarters of Netter Bauart was designed and aligned according to the laws of the harmony theory Feng Shui. The choice of building material is also important. Sand-lime brick is ecologically harmless and was used in this building project for this reason, among others.

Not only the ceilings, which are partially suspended in the building, are part of the energy concept. In the walls of the accounting department, for example, the KS-QUADRO THERM wall system ensures a pleasant room temperature all year round. A PV self-generation system on the roof of an outbuilding also caps electricity consumption. A smart efficiency control system facilitates the monitoring of energy consumption.
