Kliniken Südostbayern, Neubau BT 15
Due to the developments in recent years with shortening of patient stays, increasing cross-professional cooperation, expansion of possibilities in diagnostics and an increase in the complexity of interventions, the space requirement for technology and IT in connection with short official channels is also increasing. In addition, we continue to invest in hygiene and patient safety as well as improving comfort for our patients.
In order to meet these requirements, the new building Building 15 was necessary and further new buildings and conversions are still pending at the Traunstein site.
Kliniken Südostbayern AG (Landkreise Berchtesgadener Land / Traunstein)
2023
8.831 m²
112 kWh/m²a
It is a 5-storey block stretched from north to south, which forms the prelude to the future comb structure of the hospital as shown in the target planning. In the long term, similar ridge peaks are to be created on both the north (BA1) and south sides (BA2), which will be connected to each other by a central structure running from east to west and upstream ridges.
In this way, instead of the extremely heterogeneous and fragmented existing structure, a calm, balanced and sustainable urban development figure is created, which offers the hospital maximum flexibility in future use.
In the present BA 1, the physiotherapy and occupational therapy, the delivery for the cafeteria as well as electrical and heating technology centers are located in UG1.
The physiotherapy and occupational therapy are oriented towards the east façade, which is fully lit here, and are served from a central common waiting and registration zone. On the ground floor, the new entrance hall extends longitudinally through the building from the northern forecourt to the southern east-west axis. Directly adjacent to the forecourt is the new cafeteria with kitchen. Furthermore, the administrative patient admission with an adjacent waiting area is located on the ground floor. On each of the upper floors 1 to 4 there is a general care ward with 36 beds, which are compactly organized around a central base in a three-tier basic structure. The patient rooms are designed as 1- and 2-bed rooms with their own shower, toilet, TV and Wi-Fi. The ventilation unit is located on the roof.
The heating / cooling of the patient rooms (1st-4th floor) is carried out via a near-surface component activation (oBKT). The heating system is designed as a so-called change-over system, which enables both heating and cooling of the premises. The concrete core activation is designed as a near-surface system with oxygen-tight pipes, which are attached to the reinforcement. The power in heating mode is approx. 57 kW, in cooling mode 51 kW can be dissipated. .The system temperatures are max. 35°C in heating mode and 19°C min in cooling mode. The laying distance is about 7.5-10 cm.
On the ground floor, an FBH heating system is built along with associated distributors. The heating of the rooms in UG1 as well as in the corridors and isolated rooms is ensured by means of radiators. For this purpose, correspondingly separate heating circuits with associated mixing equipment are provided. Furthermore, a ventilation center with heat recovery has been installed on the roof of the building. The arrangement of the patient rooms is always located on the standard floors towards the outer wall. In the middle area are the public toilet facilities, work rooms unclean, kitchenettes, etc.
