Three square structures occupy building sites in the landscaped context. This creates an attractive dialogue with the pavilion-like, precise buildings. The central structure, as the actual school building, forms the four-story center of the complex; the gymnasium and all-day care are designed as two-story "satellites" with their own character. Technically, the school building is equipped with controlled ventilation with heat recovery, which also makes it possible to control the temperature of the rooms via the supply air. Furthermore, various systems are used to heat the school building. In addition to low-temperature convectors and underfloor heating, a concrete core temperature control system is also used to cover the base load.
