At the beginning of 2022, a residential complex with a total of 83 attractive residential units and 3 commercial premises was completed on the property at Wiener Strasse 6 - 8, 3430 Tulln. The apartments range in size from 2 to 4 rooms with 44 to 135 m² of living space. Each apartment has open spaces such as a loggia, balcony, terrace or garden. The energy supply for this residential complex is provided by a heat pump system with geothermal energy. Concrete core activation in the storey ceilings releases heat in winter and cools the building in summer.

The project is designed to be barrier-free. All levels can be reached via two lifts from the underground garage with a total of 58 parking spaces (34 single parking spaces and 24 double parking spaces).
The bicycle and baby carriage storage room is located in the basement. The cellar compartments assigned to the respective apartments can be found in the basement or on floors 1-3.
The location of the project in the middle of the pedestrian zone is unique. It is just a three-minute walk to the Danube and only 40 minutes by car to Vienna city center. By public transport you need approx. 50 minutes for this route with the REX/S40 and U4.
The infrastructure is perfect thanks to this location. All important facilities, such as local suppliers, shopping centers, schools, playgrounds, pharmacies, doctors, public transport and leisure activities are in the vicinity.

The "LivingImFranks" energy concept combines various sustainable technologies and thus makes a significant contribution to climate protection: At the heart of the energy supply is the heat pump system with geothermal energy. In addition, heat is released via the storey ceilings by means of concrete core activation in winter and the building is cooled in summer - the heating and cooling supply can thus be regulated in a way that conserves resources. An optimized building envelope and a photovoltaic system on the roof round off the intelligent overall energy concept.
