The plus-energy office building oh456 with attached small hydropower plant serves as a prototype for testing innovative technologies. The building will be made accessible to a wider public as a venue for a wide range of events, as a demonstration and lecture object on the subject of climate relief, and as a joint advertising platform for sustainable construction.
