The building complex, which resembles the mountain massif of the Dolomites, is composed of a conglomerate of cuboids and polygonal structures that house the three areas of office/administration, storage and exhibition. As another part of the complex extends a large exhibition space, which flows smoothly into a climbing hall. The large glazing with another external climbing wall in front of it provides a view of the nearby mountain panorama.
Thermal component activation keeps the interior at a pleasantly warm temperature during winter months. In summer, the cold circulation water extracts thermal energy from overheated rooms, cooling them down. In this way, the company headquarters manages without heating or air conditioning.
The building complex uses Bolzano's district heating to heat water, and an in-house water-cooled chiller provides the necessary cold water. In terms of power supply, the entire complex is energy self-sufficient. On the warehouses roofs there is a three-part photovoltaic system covering a total area of 2,066 m².
