Flexibility of use
The passive house complex does not have a basement or underground parking but a covered parking deck on the ground floor. The apartments are spread over three floors. The common areas, such as bicycle, stroller or drying rooms as well as the building services are also located on the ground floor. The building is provided with a gas heating system.
