The climate-active-certified and EU taxonomy-compliant residential project with a total of 155 rental apartments is characterized by a CO₂-optimized energy and building concept with thermal component activation, photovoltaic systems and an underground car park with e-mobility infrastructure. Groundwater is also utilized and used for heating and cooling as well as for watering the green areas by means of a heat pump.

The residential oasis planned by the Lichtblau|Spindler team of architects consists of six individual houses with apartments between 30 and 90 m², all of which have an open space. The apartments are designed with home office options in mind and thus offer additional comfort for working from home. All local supply needs can be met in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the excellent infrastructure and green location, tenants have direct access to public transport as well as numerous leisure and recreational opportunities.
